We'll be the go-between for you and the candidate to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will manage candidate interview debriefings, counteroffer consultations and final offer preparation and closing.

Following up
We'll follow up a few weeks after to ensure you're happy with your new addition to the team, we'll also check in with the candidate to ensure they're settling into their new role.
