Scott established Acuma in April 2015, drawing upon a decade of expertise in executive search and recruitment Scott has successfully partnered with leading life sciences technology companies to recruit senior leaders for a wide range of roles, including CCO, COO, SVP of Sales, Global VP Enterprise Accounts, VP of NA Sales, VP EMEA in addition to expanding direct and indirect global sales teams.

Commencing his professional journey at a boutique executive search and recruitment firm, Scott played a pivotal role in cultivating their life sciences technology practice. His exceptional performance led him to recognise the untapped potential for commercial talent in the nexus of technology and life sciences.

Motivated by this revelation, Scott embarked on the creation of Acuma with the vision to be the preferred partner for any life sciences technology provider seeking to establish and scale a global commercial team.
